what does a life coach do?

No two people are the same, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We all handle change differently, for some it can bring fear and procrastination, for others frustration and overwhelm that could lead to anxiety and depression.

Others have a build up of anger for two different reasons. Some are aware that they are wanting change and they are struggling to do it on their own, whilst others, also aware, yet don't know how to take the first step and where to go to take the first step.

This all leads to the dance of 2 steps forward and 10 steps back. We've all been there and we all know the emotional turmoil that comes with it. At time you can't focus or see clearly to be able to make a decision to know what step to actually take.

Enter the coach. A coach is a neutral person in your life who:

  • Creates a safe space

  • Empowers you

  • Listens deeply

  • Guides you

  • Creates awareness

Simply put, I become your sounding board.

The main importance is that I create a safe space for you, away from the world where there is no judgement. Through the art of asking questions and at times using tools, it allows you to open up and discover what is really the truth for you and it allows me to hold up the mirror so that you can face whatever your blocks may be and shed light on your blind spots.

Every time you become aware you bring a shift to your world. Awareness is the first step, taking the next steps on your journey is totally your choice. You can remain where you are or challenge yourself to move foward, either way, I am there, walking alongside you, you're not alone.

All you need to do is take a leap of faith.
